President Arroyo has already done her SONA earlier today, July 27, 2009, with that said and done people still ask themselves if the words she speaks has an action to it. Some say that this may be her last SONA and some say that it is her last SONA. Anyway, what our Pres. Arroyo declared in her State of the Nation Address was to promote BEAT THE ODDS program.

BEAT THE ODDS program is an acronym for, Balance budget, Education for all, Automated elections, Transportation and digital infrastructure, Terminate hostilities with the MILF and NPA, Heal the wounds of EDSA’s I, II and III, Electricity and water for all, Opportunities for livelihood and ten million jobs, Decongestion of Metro Manila, and Develop Subic and Clark. In this program alone Pres. Arroyo already promises a lot, from Balance budget to education and from MILF and NPA war to Developing Subic and Clark.

As young as I am right now I still have high hopes in these words that Pres. Arroyo speaks of. I am mature enough to understand what Pres.Arroyo is referring in her SONA. In the program BEAT THE ODDS, there a lot of things to do to make this a success. I would like to say something about the “Education for all”, the “E” in the BEAT THE ODDS program. As I/we noticed is that education is no longer a need for children and even for the youth, instead it becomes a pleasure. Pleasure meaning not all can get there education because when you say pleasure it is an additional expense in a household. I am a student right now apparently we are struggling financially, and somehow I hope that this “E” goes through so that the children of today can be the geniuses of tomorrow.

Besides on the BEAT THE ODDS program that Pres. Arroyo said what bothers me in her SONA is the part where she “Clarify numerous political issues surrounding her.” Yes, she did something in the past that serves as a definite thumbs down in her reputation as a president, but what really bothers me is that she still tends to set things right in her own personal life after all the things that have to be done. But, with that said, it is still rightful of her to consider her issues in the last part of her SONA. It only shows that she still puts the countries benefits first or the country men first, her issues in the later part. Because as a person our own issues still have to be cleared on how true that may be because some may show a part of oneself that it not there or completely untrue.

Her last SONA or not, which may it be, people still hopes for a better future and if that what Pres. Arroyo aims for then she must true to her word. For BEAT THE ODDS alone there is a lot, the question I ask myself is that will she make this real? Or is it just for show? I guess we’ll just wait and see.

Mafia Wars Tips and Guide II - Gain More Money

Lets take a break on the job list for a while get back on the general tips giving. I already gave out over 8 usefull tips and may you guys made something out of those 8 tips of mine. Lets continue in giving you guys more usefull tips because there are a lot more and i hope this will help you a lot as much as the 8 tips already did. This lets focus on how to get money as much as you can. So lets get started:

9. The most convenient way to earn money is to buy yourself properties. There is always plan B on every situation. Another way to get money in an instant is to rob other mafia wars players. The best thing to do here is to rob the place that has the most numbers. Don't just rob the properties like Office Building, 5 - star Hotel or the Mega Casino, you rob these properties but considering the vast interval of the numbers you go to bigger number. Only if the interval of the numbers of properties is large then this tip is effective, if the interval close rob the three properties mentioned.

10. If your interest is just to increase your level, do the jobs that paysout a large amount of money. Not only you get to increase your level your money is also involved.

11. If a job have a requirement that makes you cost a lot of money, you should buy it. Do not be so thrifty. Jobs are also your source of income so do what it takes to satisfy the job and do the job.

12. Never and i mean never waste your 10 reward points over $86,701,000 on the godfather. That 86 million for you later on will be very easy to get. Trust me on that.

Advance Jobs Tips and Guide II (Hitman Level 18 - 24)

Now we go to the Hitman level on th advance jobs. At this stage it is quite simple because at you probably have your energy up to 200 already. In this level you don't have to worry about requirements preperation, though there is one job nut that is only one. And on this stage we are not up to finsh all the jobs or making all the jobs there job mastery to 100%, at this stage we are up to increasing our level ten fold.

Lets get Started. Level up at this level is very simple, the only tricky part is using your skill points wisely and also the energy pack. Level up is very simple because most of the job have a big payouts on money and most importantly experience, tip no.8 is very effective here, for the reasons of what is stated a while ago. I suggest to do thejobs like the "Protect your City Against Rival Family", or the "Assasinate a political Figure", or "Eterminate a Rival Family", these three have the highest experience payout among the jobs so far. If you chosen one stick to or you could move around the three it is just fine.

Once you chosen a job among the three keep on doing it until you satisfied on your level and want to earn more skill points and do tip no.6 all over again, but this time not jus yet. Everytime you log in into mafia only do those three jobs because as what i experience on this stage i increased my level three times in every login, having a full energy everytime. This where i caught up with my mafia members on there level because experinece payouts is insanely large.

Let me guide you on this and put you in some situation that you might come up with:

1. First situation : when you are already close to increasing your level dont waste your energy instead of doing jobs try fighting. Empty your Stamina until you level-up. You may as, Why fight? energy will be refilled when one levels up anyway?, the answer to that is quite simple. All youur status is refilled when you level up, so when you empty your stamina then levels up and do jobs all over again until your energy is empty you can still fight because it refilled. So, 2 rounds of fights over 1? i'd rather have two.

2. Second Situation: Again if your close to increasing your level and you do not have any energy and stamina left and you still have a energy pack. DO NOT USE THE ENERGY PACK, not just yet, it is better if you wait it out until you have enough energy. Why? Because if you use the energy pack at that moment yes you may have leveled up but only once. If you wait it out you may have a chance to increase your level twice not just once. 1 level up or 2 level ups? i'd rather have 2.

There are a lot of situation you might encouter at this stage. The same situation or different you must use all your resources before using your energy pack. Best if you calculate how much experience points you need so that you will know when you level up. most importantly use wisel your energy pack. Advance Jobs Tips and Guide (Enforcer Level 13 - 17)

This time i specifically put on the "Advance" word because at this stage it gets a little tricky, tricky but manageable. At this stage you dont just simply do the job because at this stage requirements on the job is, i could say, nuisance. Like i said before there are requirements in some jobs that are not easily purchased but you have to work for it. I am here to give you some guidelines to get you on top as fast as possible.

There are at least 7 jobs listed in the Enforcer level and three of them have requirements are needed to work for worst of all they are consumable. Remember the tip n.6 "Always make the Job Mastery to go to 100%", this tip is very importan and beset not to forget. Keep doing what you are doing because in this stage it still very effective. Yes there will come a time that this tip is no longer applicable, good but not necessary. If you keep this up you probably be increasing your level a couple of times now, and again dont forget to put all the skill points to energy. If you want to put it into attack, do so but not all. If possible make the most of the skill points on energy, either a 60 - 40 ratio or a 70 - 30, highest being the energy.

Now, after doing so, all of the jobs will then be at 100% but to get to the final 100% you need to finish all the job twice. Before we get there, if you dont want to get to the final 100% and yet youn want to increase your level do Tip no.8 and that is to Choose jobs that needs less Energy but gives out Bigger experience, but this time we'll add a little spice in it.

In the table you can see the job mastery percentage, you might wonder what is that. Job Mastery Percentage is incrementing percentage evrytime you do a job to get to 100%. On choosing jobs for increasing levels including the factor on the job mastery percentage. If you sum them all up you have, (Tip no.9) less energy but bigger experince and bigger job mastery percentage. The purpose of this is that you finish the faster and again you increase your level faster.

The Getting Started Jobs

This post is advices and guide to newbies in mafia wars. So, to get you started i already introduced to you the first three levels of jobs you get to run into. It is only up to Soldier(level 9-12) because these are the jobs that you get to encounter even if you exceed level 12. Advancing into jobs is not just simply choosing the tab, I will why later on.

Lets get started. I advice newbies to just lok around in mafia wars first and try to familiarize things but don't, not just yet, don't waste valuable resources such as energy. Now, To get started on increasing your level try to finish all the job in the first job list level Street Thug(Level 1 - 4). Buy the needed requirements to do each job. Don't feel like your wasting money on junks, just try to hold it in because you'll get there soon.

You asks why finish all the job? I tell you why, because this is now my first advice (Tip no.6) Always make the Job Mastery go to 100%. In every instance that you finish a job, in fully 100%, you will be rewarded with one(1) skill point. That skill point now is very helpful in making your mafia stronger.

Now at this stage you probably atleast leveled up a couple of times now, atleast twice or thrice or even more. What i want you to is to put all you skill points to energy, an advice that leads you to a long way in mafia wars and that is (Tip no.7)Energy is very important in this game be sure to plenty of it,Just what is stated in the first post(Mafia wars tips and guide, #1) is that energy is very important at the beginning.

There will come point that all jobs are already in 100% but still you prefer to stay in these first three list of jobs, its okay but theres a trick. Another advice (Tip no.8)Choose jobs that needs less energy but gives out bigger experience. This is only good if all jobs are at 100% in Job Mastery. Why? because most of the jobs in Street Thug, Associate and Soldier have a requirement of energy which is equal to the experience payout, that for me really sucks.

Actions done in this level is still so limited, just keep doing what your doing until you are ready to move on to the next set of jobs. Which i am going to tell next. Thank you for reading.
